Rosemary's

This West Village restaurant and wine bar rose from the ashes of a long-shuttered party store. Damaged by fire, the building required extensive repair as well as structural reinforcement to allow for a rooftop vegetable garden, a unique feature that supports the restaurant’s farm to table concept. MG & Company was hired at the beginning of the project’s conception to assist with budget schedule and feasibility. A landmark- sensitive site in an activist neighborhood, Rosemary’s was completed successfully and opened in summer 2012.
