Terroir Tribeca

Our longtime clients of Terroir wine bar wanted to build off of the success of their Lower East Side location with a new outpost in Tribeca. Our third of four projects with this team, MG & Company managed a difficult change-of-use application in a tenanted building. We reused many found objects that had been slated for demolition, and the finished space is a vibrant place that retains some of the historical character of the original neighborhood, once the dairy district of Manhattan.
