Pastis

Being part of a team challenged to resurrect an institution that defined the early days of the now legendary meatpacking district was a great honor. To capture the spirit many of the original elements where dusted off from storage and repurposed. The close out, in true Keith McNally fashion, was a roller coaster ride as elements were revisited and redesigned and reconstructed all with a purpose. The result is a space that captures the spirit of the original Pastis. Its like walking into a time machine.
