After successfully completing several projects with Tom Collichio, we were hired to be a part of the team for Craft Steak prior to lease signing. We consulted on the landlord work letter and also developed early budgets and schedules. All of these efforts allowed for the best use of the planning phase and a smooth, predictable approach to the construction phase. The result is a well-built, uncompromised, and beautiful restaurant built exactly on time and on budget.
