We had earned the clients trust on the earlier Chef’s Club Project. The call for this new quick serve spin–off came late. Another contractor was already on board With immense budget, schedule and design challenges we stepped in to replace a contractor that was not able to move this project forward. Working collaboratively, reengineering systems, and managing the budget and schedule we were able to move the project forward to a successful outcome.
