Bar Boulud

We built Daniel on 65^th Street and Park. We then built DB Bistro Moderne and this past year we were hired to construct the wildly successful Bar Boulud. Squeezing all of the components into this low ceilinged, complex structured building was quite the challenge. The residential building above housed over 500 apartments and many of the mechanical systems ran through the restaurant space. This once cluttered area is now the location of the most elegant and always booked private dining rooms and a vast kitchen.
