After a modest renovation of the apartment below. Laurence decided to add a pop up enclosure which would serve as an office and an out door deck. This is one of many projects we have done with Laurence Kretchmer. We have been working for the Kretchmer’s for close to 30 years having renovated multiple residences and restaurants.
