Flay Residence

Having worked with Bobby Flay on all of his New York restaurants and with architect David Schefer on numerous projects, we were asked to be part of the team for the Flay/March residence in the Chelsea Mercantile Lofts. Features include a zinc bar top from Paris, lab cabinets in the kitchen, and a red-glazed wall and finishes. Structurally, the biggest challenge was opening the floor and installing a connecting stair. Successfully completed on time and on budget, the result is a gracious, comfortable home.
