Selma Norghauer

Selma has 20 years of experience in interior design and project management, with a strong focus in hospitality and residential construction. She holds a degree in Interior Design from Lasalle College, in her hometown Montreal. Selma began her career at the award-winning NYC design studio ICRAVE, where she worked for 5 years before joining MG & Company in 2010.

As a Project Manager at MG & Company, Selma has played a pivotal role in delivering complex, large-scale hospitality projects across New York City. Notable projects include Maxime’s Private Club, Soho House Dumbo, Legacy Records, R17 SSP, Chef’s Club and Blue Ribbon Sushi & Steak.

Selma’s reputation is distinguished by her sharp attention to detail, communication, and multitasking. She excels at not only reviewing drawings but also estimating and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors. Her management abilities allow her to steer projects from start to finish efficiently while managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
