Almost 20 years managing all types of construction projects has taught Kevin that the most important thing on any project is to create a partnership with the client. Establishing a relationship built on trust, Kevin guides the client throughout the construction process, which can often be complex, and, especially in the case of opening a new restaurant in New York, quite daunting. Striving for quality and productivity, Kevin’s attention to clients’ goals and budget allows them to focus their energy on the countless other tasks new ventures require. At MG & Company, Kevin has put his particular expertise in restaurant construction to use; he recently completed Casa Nona and has worked on multiple projects for chefs Daniel Boulud and Bobby Flay, as well as many iconic New York fixtures such as Marea and the Institute of Culinary Education.
