Hai-Phung joined MG & Company in 2011 with the desire to engage with the creation of a built space in a holistic way.  Having received a BFA in Interior Design from the prestigious Pratt Institute, combined with over 20 years of professional experience in the hospitality and residential industries, Hai-Phung brings a unique perspective to the MG & Company team.  Her extensive knowledge of the design process and architectural methodologies directly informs her ability to execute proficiently in construction management and project flow, offering deeper insight that supports both the design integrity as well as stakeholders’ visions.  She is committed to performing at a high level of excellence, upholding professional quality, and above all building and sustaining working relationships rooted in integrity and trust.

Prior to joining MG & Company, she designed noteworthy projects such as STK Rooftop, W Hotel’s VIP Backstage Lounge for Fashion Week, and Caramel Lounge Dubai for the award-winning design studio ICRAVE. 

Hai-Phung is also highly committed to sustainable design and is LEED AP ID+C accredited and has contributed her design expertise on international projects committed to sustainable development and conservation.
