55 Water Street Brooklyn, a 19th Century ware house, renovated, expanded and fully occupied. MG and Company was tasked with cutting open the roof to add a pool and create new exiting from a soon to be occupied roof. The plans also called for adding a full service kitchen and three bars. A production house below us operated round the clock. Work needed to be done at odd hours and out of sequence. Building outdoors along the water front through the harsh winter added to the challenge. Missing a spring opening was unacceptable. The result is a new club which has garnered instant worldwide recognition.
