Malibu Farm

Our third project working with Howard Hughes Corp at the South Street Seaport. Meeting a July 4 opening date was a huge challenge. Delivering an acceptable polished concrete floor was of paramount importance. Hard Surfaces everywhere required an acoustical trowel on plaster treatment on the ceiling. A custom operable storefront with a long lead time added to the suspense. The end result is a delightful understated harmonious environment that could be found in Malibu but now the option exists in New York!
