Chilewich Office and Showroom

We started working with Sandy Chilewich and Joe Sultan in 1999. We built modular pieces for traveling displays to be used at trade shows. This was an ongoing relationship as the requirements were continually changing. In 2015 Chilewich decided to step into the bricks and mortar world of retail. We built their first store in the Flat Iron district. In 2018, Chilewich was bursting at the seams and needed to relocate to larger quarters. We were enlisted from the beginning to help with the entire process; lease negotiations and preconstruction through the build out and punch list.
