Blue Ribbon Federal Grill
We were awarded a contract for a Chef Wylie Dufresne project at this same location also designed by Asfour Guzy. Chef Dufresne decided not to go forward. In one fell swoop the Bromberg’s stepped in as new operators with a new concept. The kitchen was redesigned as was the front of the house changing from fine dining to grill. The rest of the team stayed the same and worked together towards a successful conclusion. We have since moved on to our sixth project with the Bromberg’s, this time a Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken.
