Jean Georges Vongerichten and Origine
Having built Vong, we were contacted when chef Jean Georges Vongerichten wanted a face-lift at JoJo’s. First, we developed budgets based upon sketches prepared by Christophe Tollemer. These budgets then began a collaborative process of translating the owner and designer’s vision to reality. What was once a classic bistro was transformed into a highly ornate restaurant with a turn-of-the-century ambiance.
