In the 1990s we built or renovated numerous Hot & Crusty locations, including stores in Penn Station and at Grand Central. Working with the client and designer, we developed an economical yet stylish system of stainless steel counters with wood-faced panels, all mounted to stock wire shelving. We also built Hot & Crusty’s 20,000-square foot central commissary facility in Soho.
