We were hired when the lease was signed to help develop scope, budget and schedule for this Alain Ducasse restaurant. We handled the RFPs, brought on the consultants, coordinated with the landlord, and purchased all of the FF&E. After several false starts, the project went into full swing. Among the many challenges were the management of items fabricated and shipped from France and the proper preparation of surfaces in order for artisans to execute the finishes on site. As a result of extensive planning, we were able to manage the expectations of all and deliver the project on time and on budget.
